Tucker could could wax poetic on all things mechanistic data of what happens when we actually eat seed oils but I mean there's fascinating research there showing you know hyalenolic acid seed oils it's not just the linoleic acid but what does that linoleic acid turn into either in the frying pan or in your body and what that linoleic acid turns into is potentially far worse than the linoleic acid itself and sort of you know objectively uncontroversially toxic um you know more so chronically than acutely like ingesting arsenic but still toxic
