don't do seed oils processed sugars and you know this is kind of my jam the nuts seeds leaves and stems are toxic grains legumes alcohol i think this is the way humans have eaten
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
so an animal-based diet is meat and organs right it's nose to tail we're adding organs into a paleolithic diet either fresh or desiccated like we make at hardened soil
now if you had any doubts about this kind of thing you can look at articles there's been tons of anthropological studies of hunter-gatherer cultures this is one of my favorite articles i've talked about before on the hadza and the title of the hadza of the title of the paper is tubers as fallback foods and their impact on todd's 100 gatherers
you get the organs on an animal-based diet and really the organs are going to provide you with all the nutrients you need leave out the night shades leave out nuts and seeds leave out grains super controversial leave out coffee and tea as i said next week and i'll do a video about why i think you're probably even best to leave out mushrooms in the future
so i definitely eat you know a lot of those grass-fed and wild-caught you know proteins off that list and then i i don't have restrictions and it's a it's a pretty good balance like um avocado banana cucumber um you know those would be pretty simple ones right there
these are specifically a lack of quote-unquote vegetables which i would consider to be the more toxic parts of plants leaves stems seeds seeds and things like roots and a preponderance or an emphasis on meat and organs most paleolithic diets don't talk about organs at all
