but what i've what i've the knowledge i've gained from that diet is that i'm gonna incorporate that to my every day's life of course i'm not gonna be as rigid as i was for the first three weeks of that diet but i'm still gonna incorporate organs meat um i'm gonna i'm not gonna eat veggies anymore i think i mean i don't think i i'm gonna eat fruit but i don't think i'm gonna go crazy on veggie i might go eat pasta times two times eat cakes chocolate but i'm gonna definitely be more aware of what i eat and i think i i um i'm very happy i've i've done this you know i went to one extreme to the other now i can put myself in the middle range and and put that in perspective and find some balance and see what works for you
