I think that what we're gonna try and lean on during this discussion is interventional studies we certainly have a number of great interventional studies with meat showing clear trends toward well showing clear evidence that it's not inflammatory not harmful
i think that it's actually not fair to say that short-term trials are not valuable we would see changes in these inflammatory markers in foods that are harmful for humans
