maybe you should get some lettuce instead of kale and you just might like your life better right
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
the entire plant kingdom will attract and concentrate thallium more than any other it's kale yeah and all the cruciferous vegetables do that
she said thalium levels are up in so many different people because um kale pulls it from the soil so if you eat kale like think about it
organic kale was higher in thalium than the non-organic sample so if you think you're getting better with organic kale you may be getting extra thallium nobody knows why perhaps because it's extra sulfur in the organic kale and that's holding on to the thallium but organic s organic kale samples at least in what was tested by Ernie hubard and doctor's data had higher levels of thallium
thallium has been on the rise my first functional doctor she said thallium levels are up in so many different people because um kale pulls it from the soil
Many samples of kale have massive levels of thallium in them, a a metal that is essentially toxic for humans.
avoiding kale in general you won't have exposure to thallium you'll also have a lower exposure to these heavy metals like thallium that appear to possibly accumulate in these leafy greens
kale also accumulates heavy metals like thallium and cadmium like many leaves do
