the cost of conventional meat isn't reflected in that sticker price right that's that's the dollars it costs for you to buy it but it's not what the cost of that is going to be the cost of it is offset by government subsidies and programs that pay for things that promote literally the stuff that we're talking about not doing right tilling and spraying in some cases you ha in order to get these subsidies you have to do those things right so there's kind of this unfair reduction in in the shelf price of you know these these conventional types of types of meat right the other cost is in the externalities it's the cost of us not being able to produce food in the future it's the cost of getting cancer from the food that we're eating it's the cost of you know these communities collapsing and all this generational wealth declining and disintegrating and then bill gates buying that land right there's all these externalities where that cost is actually realized
