although I haven't I actually had a client who was eating a carnivore diet plus dextrose okay why were why were they doing that support energy requirements for extremely high physical activity like were they what were they doing for that activity well I don't want to give away identifying information but it was like very very let's say competitive body weight sports okay so they were doing a carnivore diet plus 10 grams of dextrose no no 50 grams 50 grams of dextrose so they were doing like and there there is a version of the carnivore diet that's like that I mean it's called the vertical diet it's an effort Eng's thinks you know thing where the baking people eat white rice and meat and I think that therefore people who are doing extreme sports or there's a question of whether the addition of that small amount of carbohydrates could be performance-enhancing so I don't think that's I don't think that's totally out of the realm of possibility well also I mean if you're concerned
