You know, a lot of times we have a lot of conversations about when do we eat and how do we fuel and so we sort of have some a simple rubric like 3 hours out just regular meal and and you can relate to this. You go to a swim meet, kid swims at 25, she gets like a 1,000 calorie Jamba Juice or a donut. You're like, dude, your child does not need to eat. Like she ate breakfast.
