I think like we have to understand you know our genetics and then like also the epigenetics like what did we make ourselves into what have we and that's why when we say everybody's different that's what that's what it really breaks down to is like all the stuff we've been pouring in over over the years is probably what made us different and react different to different things
when it comes to nutrition is um there's so much heterogeneity between individuals both genetically and environmentally that we have to release our agenda from this idea that there is a perfect diet for everybody
