the i was eating way more fruit than i normally did or half historically in the last couple years when we were there it was all very fresh especially when it went to zanzibar and we were closer to mount kilimanjaro than lake eyasi fruit was just far more plentiful and abundant in that area felt great my blood sugar was stable when i wasn't eating the fruit actually was going down day over day and it's like i had this intuition for my body like oh this is delicious i'm going to keep eating it because it's nourishing me
