so it's a lot of this comes down to context context I think is one of the most important things to understand when you're reading the research and when you're when you're creating your own diet and trying to understand how these different things are occurring because if you just take things out of context and you get stuck in that reductionism that's where you start to see these weird interpretations come out of things and looking at like very reductionistic mechanisms and then relying on those without understanding why are they happening in these specific circumstances
