I am in a very privileged position where I can source my meats in a fantastic way these deer are living you know in their natural habitat they're eating you know their species specific diets they're not being you know fed polyunsaturated fatty acids and all these grains and soybeans so it's that in my opinion it's probably one of the best meats that you can get out there for for health and and it really does you know it doesn't feel misaligned with my moral code at all I also am fishing here and mountain lakes and also and the river they actually had to close on the river because of a parasite infection so they haven't been able to fish for salmon for I'd say six years but they open it up I think was four days ago and my wife's dad caught a salmon like a like twelve or fourteen pounds of salmon straightaway which was you know within 20 minutes of fishing which was really you know busy so I'm able to source my animal products pretty well and we also just had a you know set up a backyard egg kind of operation so we got eleven chickens right now and they're not laying eggs yet but they will be soon so that'll be you know a good way to kind of you know get access to healthy pasture-raised eggs and also use their manure to kind of fertilize our you know plant foods as well on berries and all these things
