Uh, so a monounsaturated fat means there is one double bond in the fatty acid chain. And important to point out when it comes to these double bonds and why this probably makes a difference is it changes the fluidity of these membranes because fatty acids and lipoproteins in particular they don't they're not just like individual fats. They're arranged into kind of what are called myels which basically the polar head of the fatty acid is on the outside and on the inside you have all the fatty acid tails.
