at least in this study what they found was that the women who were eating more of traditional carbohydrates grains rice oats wheat those sorts of things had increased progression of cardiovascular disease again this is an observational study so we can't draw causative inference but in this study it's pretty hard to suggest that saturated fat were in any way shape or form worsen or there's certainly no association with worsening of cardiovascular disease
