for those individuals it may be difficult to get enough carbohydrates from fruit and honey every day especially when they're traveling in that situation perhaps white rice is the best option for carbohydrates without the hull less arsenic pressure cooked white rice is going to detoxify many of the lectins in there again it's a grain it's going to come with some added issues but perhaps that's the most benign for many people who really want large amounts of carbohydrates
