whenever you buy anything in a you know in even a like a you know one of these like healthy supermarkets you know that and you and you buy a food container that has sort of like a waxy waterproof coating on the interior lining of it so that you could put your food into it it's not gonna bleed through the container yes those are coated with these compounds this is like it Whole Foods when you go to the bar yeah what was the name of yeah any yeah any grocery store where you're going to the bar and it looks it's brown so it looks like it's healthy right it's a brown cardboard thing and we don't see you look closely it's got plastic on the inside of it yeah we're putting our eggs and salad or whatever in it's got plastic on the inside that's certainly going to interact with our yeah they're lining a lot of things you said cans cans these like food receptacles even the tetra Paks baby bottles tetra packs so like you know people will buy coconut water or something in tetra pack or other types of water they're all lined with plastic on the inside yeah so I think it becomes really important to be aware of this so that you can limit your consumption of foods that are you know in these kinds of containers sous-vide cooking you know most restaurants actually keep food warm in a sous-vide system which is basically I love the Weston Price Organization's headline on this sous-vide is a wonderful way to add plastic to your food
