What we have to be very careful of is saying hey you guys change six things you hundred I start smoking they lost weight they exercise they got community they got stress reduction counseling and they did a low-fat vegan diet or low-fat vegetarian diet which you know no itself is seven dimensions can you really then say that it's red meat that causes prostate cancer or red meat that causes heart disease like that doesn't make any sense that that's a little too that's too too much extrapolation in my opinion
