these almond milks contain things like carrageenan which damage the gut processed sugars and they contain almonds a seed that is rich in oxalates and other digestive enzyme inhibitors

many oat milks contain thickeners like carrageenan or Jalan gum which we know will damage your gut
many non-dairy milk quote unquote many plant milks have gums like carrageenan which can be harmful to the gut many of them contain seed oils
They're seeds, they have anti-nutrients, digestive enzyme inhibitors. Oats are full of saponins, oats are full of pesticides, oats are full of phytic acid, oats are full of heavy metals, grains are full of those things in general. A lot of the plant milks are full of carrageenan and emulsifier that's damaging for the human gut.
