if you're doing massive amounts of activity most of us can get by on probably 150 or 200 grams of carbs a day I'm getting 300 grams of carbs a day because the fruit here is delicious and I surf a lot but I think there's a happy medium in there for a lot of people I can imagine a situation where a Jiu-Jitsu athlete might not be able to get enough fruit in their diet or enough fiber but fos thinks he's going to be able to eat dates which are super high in calories so there's lots of options out there you can play with it
