most meat sticks are cured like a salami and this is a very big difference even different meat snacks like a jerky are cooked so there's a difference between cooked cured cooked and cured or air dried so I mean just to make it very simple cured requires a massive amount of preservatives because what you're do so you're putting an intense amount of salt and different types of salt in there's a curing salt generally then different preservatives this makes the product more like a salami and I'm sure if you anyone's had like Pudo or anything like that even like that type of meat it's like very salty and I don't feel great after eating those products
