i brought two sets of things i brought a bunch of supplements from heart and soil i bought desiccated organ supplements and i brought liver in a jar and the liver in a jar turned into high liver because there's no refrigeration and i did fine like i did not get sick from eating fermented liver room temperature fermented for 10 days no problem i think i ate the last of the liver on the day that i left africa or at least the day that i was in arusha so it was 10 or 12 days into our trip it was pretty highly fermented and i was fine
