I think about what's different between the corn the Frosted Flakes that you were eating and you know the meat and the grains that you're that you're Shawna neighbors reading and I think right oh there's no there's a this is the kind of thing I've been thinking about a lot more recently like the processing of the Corn and maybe the food dies and the preservatives I've been thinking a lot about like red dye number 40 you know Allura red it's in so many things you think oh man that's this is just these little things that get put into our foods and these these food additives that we don't think about very often it's just you know I think seed oils are bad yes but then these food additives I wonder if these food additives you know the the yellow dyes the red dyes red 40 the carrageenan the gums this this this is kind of the epitome of what we think of when we say processed food gets all these little things added that the FDA in the United States says oh they're completely fine
