if you're going to eat carbs they should probably be in the form of fruit and the you know when I first started this years ago Paul I would have said no you need to eat the you know the the kale and the spinach and the you know that's that's keto but now I I think probably many people would do better to spend their their carbohydrate wallets each day if you're if you're counting carbs only fruit it would be the be the especially if you suffer from any kind of autoimmunity any kind of gut condition any kind of skin condition
