so you don't want to make your steak well done because you can denature some of the good compounds in there partially aside from the fact that a medium or a medium rare steak is much more delicious than a well done steak you're going to be getting more of the nutrients out of your steak if you don't overcook it
what's interesting is the the way that we process Meats impacts us as humans and and I I've talked about this in my social media that one of the reasons I like cooking my steak medium rare is because some things are denatured when we cook it and obviously if youat if you cook a steak you're eating it immediately after you cook it um but I like eating meat that's not well done
Of course, they only prepare it rare because that's the only way you should be eating your steak, guys. There are so many nutrients in the steak that are higher when you cook it rare, like creatine, torine. You want to get the nutrients out of your steak, eat it rare.
