you don't need grains to be an athlete although i did talk about white rice potentially for athletes i would use fruit and honey first and see how you do and then maybe incorporate white rice if the fruit and honey doesn't work for you but you don't need wheat you don't need pasta you don't need oats to be an athlete you don't need any of that stuff you don't need pancakes you don't need bread to be an athlete
