It starts with a base of dark leafy greens. Like it always starts with that, so spinach, kale, things like that, chard. And from there it kind of builds pre-workout, beets, beet greens are always good, and berries blackberries, blueberries, berries with high antioxidants, maybe some apple or orange, and then some of the more exotic superfoods, hemp seeds, ground flax seeds, pepitas, which are high in iron.
