I think that a carnivorous diet is one of the best ways to do an elimination diet because it eliminates all the plants which are often sources of immunological I in addition to that believe that a carnivorous diet is sustainable long term and a lot of people end up just sticking with it when they do an elimination diet because they feel so good on it
when we see incredible changes in terms of all sorts of diseases beyond i mean autoimmune diseases across the board changing in a way that just is so striking to me
for some people the elimination of the majority of plant foods results in massive improvements in autoimmune disease and and this is just an undeniable observation at this point in our medical history
I'm a firm believer that uh carnivore diets can be therapeutic for people who have autoimmune disorders. So that's pretty clear. There's some people who >> uh they could also follow a path and do an elimination diet, but the carnivore diet is the ultimate elimination diet.
