i think that it's just important to consider that when we're designing an optimal diet for humans we need to have this consideration of plants as on a toxicity spectrum and for me the question remains why would we include these foods in our diet why would we include and again we're we're getting to the point i think we may have to do a part two or something for this discussion because i think that nobody listens beyond this point i wanted to keep it a little more succinct than this but i think that the question that becomes like why would we include kale why would we include brassica vegetables in the diet if if they don't have a unique benefit and there's a potential mechanistically for harm
