so the question is there's so many factors that go into that that you can you can look at that study and make the statement if you make general improvements in your lifestyle and you don't eat crap you're not stressed out you actually move a little bit per day and you don't and you don't smoke great those are all good things like if you can't attribute that to the plant-based diet when there are several other factors like we could probably point out a million studies where do you lower not smoking decreases your instance of heart disease like moving moving going on doing moderate activity per day in four your health and lowers your risk of cardiovascular disease lowering your stress decreases your risk incarnate
