and so I think for many of us who are young who are very active who just tend to be leaner because of our DNA we don't we don't fatten as easily I think you can get away with eating 100 grams of carbs a day as long as they're not inflammatory right and as long as there's nutrient dense as you can get you're you'll probably do fine at least while you're young and very active
