at a certain point you are turning food into electrons and the more electrons in your food the more you can make of them when you don't want to carry a bunch of I'm gonna call it carbohydrate empty calories there even if there's some nutrients in them or not it doesn't really matter they're empty calories because they have less calories per gram than fat in fact maybe it's not the new definition of empty calorie anything that's less than fat is empty it pretty much those are weeny calories
