and then you're away from animals and then where do you have to go you go to Plants and then it's like oh well if you're not going to eat animals what are you going to eat the only thing left to eat is plants and then we get the food pyramid with uh six servings of grains per day or more I think it's you know and and like only a few like they I forget a six or twelve per day and you know some of those are whole grains but some of them are not even whole grains like we're being told to eat massive amounts of grains in our diets because what else is left
