I am I've still remain unconvinced that we need to cycle carbs in and out and I have not really seen significant benefits from doing that
subjectively I'm gonna go ahead and admit that I think I feel a little better with carbohydrates but I don't have objective measures to prove
I've changed my mind on things in the past I definitely evolved on carbohydrates and a few things in that realm but uh I'm willing and open to be proven wrong
