it's got the same fat and sugar percentages as creme brulee you literally just have to bake it you can put it you can literally put it right into a dish put it in the oven and pull it out and it's a custard and cut it just like custard wow and that's in iceland either that they do that yeah yep i would try that i would try that even though i can't usually tolerate dairy and it's so full of like immunoglobulins and immune factors it's incredible
