my solution is my micronutrient smoothie this is me happily making my morning smoothie that I make every day which consists of a kale charred in spinach which is my source of magnesium vitamin K calcium as well as Vitamin C I've got carrots and a tomato which give me carotenoids beta carotene Pro vitamin A avocado which is potassium it has all the vitamin E to too trols and the tocopherols a banana apple and a cup of mixed berries because I well I wanted to taste good also since I'm eating it every day and some unsweetened almond milk and that's that's my breakfast
