So these guys, they consume a total or about 12 grams per kilogram of body weight per day of carbohydrates.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
we have measured is is is in excess of 240 G per hour of of carbohydrate utilization that is so so can you tell people what 240 gr of carbohydrates looks like if it were food uh let me think um like do it in pasta or something like that like how much pasta is 240 grams of carbohydrate no I to to make it simple it would be probably as you took pure gel and you filled this glass and you drank it pure G okay so take those pure little nasty disgusting energy dels gels and fill your 16 o glass there with it and drink it yeah which I mean again I like and and and what form are they consuming the the the carbohydrate in normally they would do it in the form of of of basically drink mix so as they they how do they get that much liquid in their body uh yeah well so that's a part of it you you basically you take normally they would consume around um I would say around minimum of 1.4 L but say around two a little bit more than 2 lers per hour
I I've heard rumors that they can put down 200 gram per hour that they've trained themselves up to that level
how these guys are drinking 2 lers per hour of a 12% mixture which would be 240 g
