and my my concern with the whole plant-based movement is that do people have the resources to make that you know can you make that healthy sure you can but you a need a lot of knowledge you need a lot of food skills and you're going to have to eat synthetic products because you can't get it from eating you know Bean you know lentils and rice you just can't eat enough of them and so you're going to have to have shakes or supplements or something to get to that kind of level
