what do you think that that's just less of me fighting phytic acid you know phytates and I mean oats are so high in phytic acid so many people eat oatmeal for breakfast yeah and I've even seen intelligent well-intentioned Health influencers on Instagram say oatmeal is so good for breakfast and I think no it's horrible like it's so full of phytic acid which is this large molecule that chelates minerals so you're eating oatmeal with milk and I just wasn't absorbing any calcium and anything any other calcium in my gut with the oats is going to get the majority of it is going to get or at least a significant portion of it is going to get chelated which means it bites onto it and you don't absorb it right
