they changed their diet they eliminated seed oils and their visceral adipose issue shrinks massively
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

i suspect his diet is full of seed oils processed sugars and if you look at these photos you know that he's drinking at least some alcohol all of these could increase visceral adipose tissue increasing his cardiovascular risk
he should take a serious look at his diet i think the major driver of this visceral adipose tissue is probably seed oils and processed sugar you change those things and elon's adipose tissue becomes less pronounced overall he loses weight becomes more metabolically healthy and i bet you would see him thin out in that front to back dimension they say here lifestyle change including more physical activity healthier nutritional habits i'd agree with that are the cornerstone of therapy for high-risk abdominal obese patients and with excess visceral adipose tissue totally agree with that
