and so after about three years of doing the night shifts in the ER and seeing anywhere 20 to 60 patients a day in the clinic I started to get fat I started to get pre-diabetic I started to get joint aches and terrible heartburn I had rosacea I had dandruff I had chronic allergic or not us just I felt like every day and so when the nexium rep would come and bring nexium samples those went to me the patients didn't get those I got those because I had to take two a day to keep that heartburn at bay not realizing all the terrible things that was causing for me in the future if I had done that for decades but I didn't know that then I just thought next to him it's fda-approved it's safe I'm gonna take it it's fine how about I give it to patients every day right but it at a certain point why I remember one day I bent over to tie my shoes and got short of breath and that was a big you know moment for me like what the hell dude
