you have to get healthy to lose weight instead of trying to lose weight to get healthy and many people like that are gonna diet and starve themselves into health that's there's only so long until you give up because it's miserable and you're still stuck in sugar burning mode you just took the kindling off the fire and you are fatigued and hangry and with insatiable cravings because you never put a log in the fire because you never actually shift the way your body is using fat for fuel
