so this uh whether this diet works or not is is definitely not something that should even be questioned anymore
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
if I tell a 400-pound person you can eat as much meat as you want well they're gonna eat a lot probably if they're used to eating a lot and they got a good appetite they will probably eat a lot of meat and they probably won't lose any weight in the beginning but how many days in a row are they gonna eat ten pounds of meat or six pounds of meat or whatever it would be it's gonna self regulate itself after a while
if you were to tell somebody hey you know what for the next 60 days like if you could feed somebody the way that you feed your dog and you just gave them a couple servings of steak every day along with maybe some things to kind of fill in some of their nutrient demands they would lose weight every single person
