from altered sleep and sleep deprivation again uh chronic and social stress and then the nature of the food that we eat and I'm particularly concerned about food processing so when you when your food is nutrient poor calorie dense uh particularly when it's soft um and you know then the combination of all the different flavors you know so we we have a we have uh thousands of scientists who are highly skilled in making foods that are perfectly uh hyper palatable that sort of milieur is essentially what I think drives a significant amount of of overeating which then leads to sort of long long term long-term weight gain
