this idea of leptin in sensitivity or leptin dysregulation brought on by by cycling particularly body fat levels this idea of going through the holidays and gaining you know 5% body fat for years and years of your life and then you know maybe uh you know losing some of it in January and then kind of falling off the bandwagon February or March and then realizing swimsuit season and summer is coming up so you're going to lose weight again if that's a fast track to leptin sensitivity and leptin dysregulation which affects appetite as well as regulations we've got down regulates mobilization of fatty acids from adipose tissue and so uh maintaining stable weight and I shouldn't even say stable weight I should say stable body fat percentage um as much as you can throughout the year
