And I see that in grocery stores. I see plenty of processed sugar. I see seed oils. I see less additives. I see less stuff that's like weird ingredients that you're not aware of, things that are probably an issue in the United States, food dyes, this kind of stuff. But there's still plenty of garbage food. So, it's not surprising. I mean, people in Spain are still fat and unhealthy and diabetic. It's just that I think that the the overall quality of the food here is probably a little bit better.
