it's a very in inefficient way so that is also one of the reasons why people tend to get uh less fat accumulation if they overeat in a form of protein besides the satiety effect right because there's a thermogenic and thermodynamic loss or use of energy just in the metabolism of protein that itself is obviously beneficial if your goal is to store less energy correct
