the vasopressins released from the brain goes up in the blood and it helps can hold on to water but what we've recently found is that the vasopressin is also helping the fructose to dry fat and when fruit when you eat fructose or you eat salt you put the fructose that's produced from the salt stimulates vasopressin and the vasopressin actually binds to a specific receptor called the v1b receptor and that actually is important in driving obesity and and if you block that receptor you can block the effects of sugar to cause obesity metabolic syndrome and so forth
