we know very clearly that when you eat Ultra processed foods like this you are going to be hungrier sooner and overeat leading to weight gain and when you eat whole animal and plant foods like this you are going to be less hungry and you will have an easier time losing weight you will feel better and be healthier long term even though both of these meals are, 1600 calories it's no question which is better for you in the long run I'm choosing this
