The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
if there are you know people that people do that do have a genetic risk for alzheimer's disease if they know that they can increase their omega-3 index by you know supplementing with omega-3 and or and or increasing their you know uh fatty fish like salmon or sardines that have high omega-3 in it to prevent and stave off dementia i mean that would be it's very important
if we stratify by apoe4 non-apoe4 it looks like the benefit is a little better these the curve is steeper the relationship is stronger than those that are at the higher risk i.e have e4 then those have low risk
we don't want to repeat what we said but yeah there is this uh kind of vicious cycle where omega-3 may play a major role into uh vascular functions of course it's not even they play I think they did that's pretty raw um and it might be even a more important role in people as risk for Alzheimer's
