we need a little bit and i think sure get some omega-3s dha epa dpa they occur in animal fat they occur in egg yolks that's all you need i'm not a fan of fish oil it's rancid it's oxidized you don't need that much epa and dha in your body we know that too much epa and dha can imbalance things like clotting etc they can clearly get toxic
